- Break the egg into a bowl.
- Add 1 tbsp. l milk.
- Beat lightly.
- Add salt but do not mix.
- Grease the pan with olive oil, heat well.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
- Wait until the eggs grab a little around the edges.
- Gently stir the scrambled eggs with the spatula from the edges to the center until the eggs are cooked to the desired consistency ( 1 – 3 Minutes).
- Put on a plate.
- Enjoy a tasty and healthy breakfast.
