HOW TO MAKE BENEDICT EGGS

  1. Finely chop half the onion.
  2. Chop 25 g of bacon into small cubes.
  3. Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat and pour into the water 1 tbsp. l vinegar.
  5. Stir the water by making a funnel.
  6. Gently break a cold egg into the water funnel.
  7. Stir a little and cook for 2 3 Minutes.
  8. Remove the egg with a slotted spoon and lay on a paper towel.
  9. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the toasts.
  10. Fry the onion with bacon.
  11. Make hollandaise sauce:
  • in a bowl on a steam bath, stirring with a whisk, melt 65 g of butter,
  • salt
  • beat the egg in a separate bowl and pour it into the oil with a thin stream,
  • beat the mixture and add lemon juice to it.
  1. Form a dish: put bacon and onions on toasts, top with an egg and pour the sauce.
  2. And although not all products in this dish are suitable for weight loss, sometimes you can treat yourself to such a breakfast.
