- Finely chop half the onion.
- Chop 25 g of bacon into small cubes.
- Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and pour into the water 1 tbsp. l vinegar.
- Stir the water by making a funnel.
- Gently break a cold egg into the water funnel.
- Stir a little and cook for 2 – 3 Minutes.

- Melt the butter in a pan and fry the toasts.
- Fry the onion with bacon.
- Make hollandaise sauce:
- in a bowl on a steam bath, stirring with a whisk, melt 65 g of butter,
- salt
- beat the egg in a separate bowl and pour it into the oil with a thin stream,
- beat the mixture and add lemon juice to it.
- Form a dish: put bacon and onions on toasts, top with an egg and pour the sauce.
- And although not all products in this dish are suitable for weight loss, sometimes you can treat yourself to such a breakfast.
