HOW TO COOK WHEAT PORRIDGE

  1. Sift the cereal through a fine sieve.
  2. Rinse with cold water.
  3. Pour the cereal with water. Soak for 20 30 Minutes. Drain the water.  
  4. Pour clean water into the pan and place on the stove.
  5. Bring to a boil, salt.
  6. Pour cereal (water should be twice as much).
  7. Mix.
  8. Cover with a lid.
  9. Cook for about 20 Minutes over low heat until cooked.
  10. Stir every 5 Minutes.
  11. Add butter and let it brew for 20 30 Minutes.
  12. Item number 1 on the menu for those who want to lose weight and be healthy.
