HOW TO COOK MILLET PORRIDGE

  1. Rinse cereals under running water.
  2. Pour boiling water for 5 Minutes. If millet is bitter, this indicates a rancidity of the fat component. It is better not to eat such cereals.
  3. Pour water into a saucepan, put on a stove, bring to a boil.
  4. Add butter and salt.
  5. Pour cereal (water should be twice as much).
  6. Stir, bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat and cook over medium heat without cover for 10 15 Minutes
  8. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes on low heat.
  9. Stir occasionally.
  10. Wrap and let it brew for 10 15 Minutes.
  11. Porridge for weight loss is ready.
