- Rinse cereals under running water.
- Pour boiling water for 5 Minutes. If millet is bitter, this indicates a rancidity of the fat component. It is better not to eat such cereals.
- Pour water into a saucepan, put on a stove, bring to a boil.
- Add butter and salt.
- Pour cereal (water should be twice as much).
- Stir, bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and cook over medium heat without cover for 10 – 15 Minutes
- Cover and cook for another 10 minutes on low heat.
- Stir occasionally.
- Wrap and let it brew for 10 – 15 Minutes.
- Porridge for weight loss is ready.
