1. Wash the egg and let it lie at room temperature.
  2. Beat with an egg or a whisk with milk, salt and spices (100 ml of milk per 1 egg). If there is intolerance to milk – you can replace it with 2 tbsp. l water.
  3. Grease the pan with vegetable oil.
  4. Pour the mixture into a pan and cook over medium heat until the omelet is set.
  5. To cover with a lid.
  6. Simmer for 20 Minutes over minimal heat.
  7. Do not open the lid.
  8. Transfer to a heated plate.
  9. Add this dish to your slimming menu.
