- Wash the egg and let it lie at room temperature.
- Beat with an egg or a whisk with milk, salt and spices (100 ml of milk per 1 egg). If there is intolerance to milk – you can replace it with 2 tbsp. l water.
- Grease the pan with vegetable oil.
- Pour the mixture into a pan and cook over medium heat until the omelet is set.
- To cover with a lid.
- Simmer for 20 Minutes over minimal heat.
- Do not open the lid.
- Transfer to a heated plate.
- Add this dish to your slimming menu.
