Cutlets:

Beans, along with onions, garlic and ginger in a blender, bring to uniformity;

Add the spices, flour and egg to the minced meat. Mix everything;

Lubricate the baking dish with olive oil using a cotton pad or pastry brush. Bake for 25 Minutes at a temperature of 180 C.
Salad:

Cut all vegetables as desired;

Oregano (any herbs) mixed with olive oil;

Add the sauce to the vegetables, salt and pepper to taste.
