 2 Eggs
 ½ A tomato
 50 g Corn
 40 g Sweet pepper
 1 tsp Olive oil
 Salttaste

If the corn grains are frozen, toss the corn into a preheated pan and fry in olive oil for 5 Minutes;

Beat eggs with salt and pepper until smooth;

We cut the pepper into cubes and throw it to the corn. Add the egg mixture to the vegetables and mix constantly until tender. It should be an airy loose omelet;

In an already heated pan, fry the bread from two sides until crisp;

Cut the tomato into rings, lay the scramble on them and serve with croutons.
