 1 A tomato
 2 Radish
 ½ Cucumber
 1 tsp Flax seeds
 1 tbsp Vinegar

In a pan, boil water. Break an egg into a cup. Add a spoonful of vinegar to the boiling water and make a funnel with a whisk in the middle of the pan. Pour the eggs alternately into the funnel and cook for 3 - 4 Minutes so that the protein sets, and the yolk remains liquid;

Тосты обжариваем на сухой сковороде, овощи режем полукольцами/кольцами и выкладываем на тосты, сверху немного семян льна, затем яйцо-пашот. Надрезаем слегка яйцо, чтобы желток растекся на тосты.
