 30 g Whole wheat bread
 150 g Tomatoes
 10 g Spinach
 150 g Black eyed peas

Boil an egg like poached (or soft-boiled);

Finely chop the tomatoes, add finely chopped sheets of spinach, parsley / cilantro, mix. We spread on bread rolls, on top of the egg;

Blanch the black eyed peas beans or send in boiling water for 5 - 7 Minutes until al dente, spread on a dish. You can add lemon juice and drizzle with olive oil.
