 60 g Peas mash
 200 g Mushrooms
 50 g A tomato
 Greenerytaste
 1 Egg
 200 g Brussels sprouts
 10 g Peanuts(not salted)
 10 g Thina
 1 tsp Olive oil
 Salttaste
 Peppertaste

Boil the mash until tender;

Cut mushrooms, send to the pan, add tomato, herbs, stew for 5 - 7 Minutes. Add to the mung beans, season with olive oil;

Boil 1 egg (poached or soft-boiled), add to peas;

Dip Brussels sprouts in boiling water for 5 - 10 Minutes, remove and put on a dish. Sprinkle with non-salted peanuts and pour 1 tsp of tahini.
