 100 g A tomato
 100 g Mushrooms
 1 Eggs
 5 g Flax seeds

Pre-soak pearl barley, boil;

Heat the pan, chop the tomato, mushrooms, add herbs, spices to
taste, simmer in your own juice. Add boiled cereal, mix,
simmer for 2 - 3 Minutes, add greens;

Put in a dish. Boil an egg using the poached or soft-boiled method, put on the
grits. Garnish with flax seeds.
