 2 Eggs
 70 g Zucchini
 100 g A tomato
 70 g Sweet pepper
 30 g Whole wheat bread
 3 g Butter
 Sea salttaste
 Peppertaste

Dice vegetables. Beat eggs in a separate bowl.

Add eggs and a pinch of salt to vegetables, mix.

Pour the resulting mixture into a heated, slightly oiled pan, cover and fry until the omelet is ready.

Bread can be heated in a hot dry frying pan to a crust. Serve to the omelet.
