 2 Eggs
 50 g Spinach(frozen or fresh)
 1 tsp Butter
 ½ A tomato

In a preheated pan, heat the butter and add the spinach. In the case of frozen - it is better to defrost earlier, squeeze out the excess liquid and into the pan. If fresh - immediately to oil and simmer until soft;

We add beaten eggs to the soft spinach and mix until ready to get a homogeneous mass. And do not forget to add salt and pepper to taste;

On top, you can put finely chopped tomato and serve with bread.
