 30 g Yellow hard cheese
 Sea salttaste
 Peppertaste
 50 g Seaweed*
 60 g Chinese cabbage
 70 g Cucumber
 20 g Fresh herbs(dill, parsley, cilantro)
 1 tsp Flax seeds
 1 tsp Olive oil
For porridge:

Boil the cereals until tender in slightly salted water. Add grated cheese to the finished porridge.

For salad:

Soak flax seeds for 5 - 10 Minutes.

Chop cabbage, chop the cucumber, combine with herbs, seaweed and flax seeds. Season with oil, salt and pepper to taste.

* Buy seaweed without additives or do it yourself. To do this, soak dry kelp in cold water at night. In the morning, rinse several times with running water from sand, put on a sieve to glass water. You can season the cabbage with olive oil, balsamic, salt and pepper.
