 35 g Brown rice

 150 g White cabbage
 50 g Carrot

For veg. replacements:
 130 g Tuna in its own juice
 1 tsp Olive oil
For cabbage and rice:

Boil rice until cooked in salted water. Add olive oil to the finished rice.

Finely chop the cabbage, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Put the vegetables in a non-stick pan and salt and pepper immediately so that the vegetables let the juice go. If necessary, add a little water and a spoonful of tomato paste at the beginning.

After 5 minutes, add raisins and nutmeg to the vegetables and simmer for 20 Minutesunder a closed lid.

Rice served with cabbage.

For a bird:

Slice the chicken into chops. Add seasonings and sprinkle with orange juice.

Put slices of orange on one side of the chop and wrap in a roll. Fry in a dry hot frying pan for a couple of minutes on each side until the first crust.

Send rolls to the oven at 220 ° C for 20 Minutes.

Vegetarian substitute:
