 200 g Green beans
 150 g Mushrooms
 100 g A tomato
 20 g Pumpkin seeds
 10 g Walnut
 1 tsp Vegetable oil
 5 g Butter
 Salt taste
 Peppertaste

Boil buckwheat until cooked. Add butter;

Lower the string beans in boiling water for 5 - 7 Minutes, remove. Put in a pan, in which previously put chopped mushrooms, tomato and herbs. Add pumpkin seeds, previously soaked. Salt / pepper to taste. Simmer until tender 10 Minutes. Add vegetable oil to the finished mixture.

Put on a plate, garnish with walnuts. Serve with buckwheat porridge.
