 150 g Liver(chicken)
 1 A tomato
 70 g Cabbage
 50 g Mushrooms
 Salttaste
 Peppertaste

Boil buckwheat until cooked;

Peel the liver, rinse, dry, pickle in lemon juice and water (optional), and dry again. Stew with tomato and herbs . Put on buckwheat;

Chop cabbage, mushrooms, tomato, greens. Send to the pan, add salt, pepper, lemon juice to taste, simmer for 10 - 12 Minutes until cooked. Serve with buckwheat porridge.
