BUCKWHEAT (100 G READY-MADE) WITH VEGETABLE SALAD AND CHICKEN (250G)

 50 g Buckwheat
 50 g Lettuce
 ½ A tomato
 ½ Cucumber
  Sweet pepper
 65 g Chicken fillet
 1 tbsp Olive oil
 1 tbsp Lemon juice
 Sea salttaste
 Peppertaste

We put buckwheat to cook. We need 100 g of finished buckwheat;

Cut vegetables into a salad, put on a pillow of lettuce;

Mix olive oil with a teaspoon of lemon juice, salt and pepper. Ready salad dressing salad;

Chicken fillet can be cut into pieces, marinated in lemon juice, add salt and pepper and fry in a hot non-stick pan for 7 Minutes
on each side. Or bake the whole filet - ¼ cut into pieces and add to the salad;

Serve salad with prepared buckwheat.
