Cook the buckwheat until cooked in a ratio of 1: 2. Fill with oil;
Pickle the fish in lemon juice, sprinkle sesame seeds on top;
We sort cabbage into inflorescences, clean beans from roots, and cut carrots in rings 0.5 cm thick. We send vegetables and fish to a double boiler for 20 Minutes (you can also put vegetables and fish in a baking dish, pour a little water on the bottom and put in the oven).
Put the fish on a vegetable pad and serve with buckwheat.
