
1 Zucchini
40 g Feta
50 g Bulgur
1 Tomatoes
½ Sweet pepper
Thick balsamicoptional

Cook the bulgur until cookedin the ratio of water 1: 2. When it boils, salt and ready to set aside.

Wash the zucchini and cut it into halves. We clean the inside of each half, making boats.

Preheat the oven to 180C. We put the boats to bake for 10 - 15 Minutes. Or you can fry the boats on both sides in a preheated pan to the first softness.

Dice tomato and pepper. Grind in a blender until smooth. Salt and pepper to taste.

Cut feta into small pieces. Mix bulgur, feta and sauce.

We fill the boats with filling and send them to the oven for another 10 - 15 Minutes.

Top can be decorated with balsamic stripes.
