ZUCCHINI PIZZA

 1 Zucchini
 ½ Carrot
 1 Egg
 40 g Mozzarella
 2 Tomatoes(or natural tomato paste)
 1 tsp Dried Basil
 ½ tsp Dried garlic
 Paprika taste
  Sea salttaste
 Peppertaste

Grate zucchini , carrots and squeeze out excess liquid;

Mix the egg with half the grated cheese and zucchini. Add spices;

From the dough we form pizza and send it to the oven preheated to 200С for 15 Minutes

Pure the tomatoes in a blender and simmer in a dry frying pan with spices until thickened. You can also add slices of sweet pepper, if any;

We take out the pizza, grease it with tomato sauce, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and put it in the oven for another 5 Minutes
.

You can add a portion (100g) of cereal or pasta from durum wheat to the recipe and you get a full dinner. A serving of the recipe depends on the size of the vegetables. Do not forget that a portion of dinner at one time should be no more than 350 g, of which 100 g should be complex carbohydrates.
