WHOLE WHEAT TOAST (50 G) WITH CHEESE (30 G), SPINACH (30 G) AND TOMATO (70 G)

 50 g Whole wheat bread
 40 g Fresh or frozen spinach
 3 g Butter
 Nutmegtaste
  Sea Salttaste
  Peppertaste
  Oreganotaste
 70 g A tomato
 30 g Mozzarella
 1 tbsp Cream 10%

Grease a hot pan with a piece of butter. Add chopped fresh or frozen spinach and a spoonful of cream (or water). Immediately salt and pepper, add nutmeg to taste and simmer over low heat for 5 - 7 Minutes.

Fry the bread until crisp without oil, put spinach, sprinkle with grated cheese and oregano. Cover and let the cheese straighten on toast.

Tomato can be served or taken separately.
