 70 g Whole wheat bread
 30 g Feta
 70 g Sweet pepper
 20 g Arugula or lettuce
 50 g Cucumber
 20 g Pomegranate seeds*(can be replaced with blueberries, currants, blueberries)

Spread feta on pita bread or bread.

Put greens and vegetables on pita bread or sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.

Pita bread can be wrapped in a roll and fry in a dry frying pan for a couple of minutes for a crisp.

* Pomegranate seeds are conveniently stored in the freezer in portions. After cleaning the pomegranate, the grains can be divided into portions, wrapped in foil and sent to the freezer or refrigerator (depending on how soon you need them).
