 50 g Cottage cheese 5%
 50 g Whole wheat bread
 150 g Berries
 50 g Banana
 20 g Pomegranate seeds *
 1 tsp Sesame

Put cottage cheese with banana on bread and sprinkle with sesame seeds. And you can mashed cottage cheese with banana and sesame seeds and spread on bread. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.

Berries can be served (or taken with you) separately.

* Pomegranate seeds are conveniently stored in the freezer in portions. After cleaning the pomegranate, the grains can be divided into portions, wrapped in foil and sent to the freezer or refrigerator (depending on when you need them).
