 50 g Avocado
 50 g Whole wheat bread
 ½ Sweet pepper
 ½ A tomato
 ½ Cucumber
 20 g Olives
 30 g Corn(grain)
 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
 Lemon juicetaste

Fry pumpkin seeds in a dry pan;

In the meantime, mashed the avocado and add the finely chopped olives and corn in the mash. Add lemon juice to taste;

We spread mashed avocado and vegetables on bread.
