 200 g White fish(hake, dorado, sea bass)
 70 g A tomato
 70 g Cucumber
 80 g Sweet pepper
 30 g Salad or arugula
 1 tsp Olive oil
 Lemon juicetaste
 Salttaste
 Spicestaste

Fish can be pre-marinated in lemon juice, spices, herbs;

Heat the oven to 180C, put the fish on a baking sheet, bake for 15 - 20 Minutes;

Cut tomato, cucumber, pepper as desired, mix with lettuce or arugula. Season with olive oil, lemon juice and spices to taste;
