For fish:

Preheat the oven to 180-200 ° C. Wash, peel and pickle the fish in lemon juice, spices, herbs. Bake in the oven for

For vegetables:

Blanch the beans in boiling water for 5 Minutes.

Coarsely chop the vegetables into cubes and simmer for
20 - 25 Minutes with spices and garlic under a closed lid in a dry pan. Add butter, sesame and lemon juice at the end.
