VEGETARIAN OMELET WITH SPINACH (300 G) AND TOAST (2 PCS)

 100 g Tofu
 1 tbsp Sour cream (10%)
 1 A tomato
 ¼ Turmeric
 ¼ Coriander
 100 g Spinach
 2 Whole wheat toast
 Salttaste

First, prepare all the ingredients: cut the tomato into cubes, unfreeze the spinach as necessary, chop the cheese finely and finely, and combine the sour cream and salt together and mix well;

Lubricate a preheated pan with oil (using a pastry brush or cotton pad). Add coriander, turmeric and pepper. Gray for 30 seconds;

Add finely chopped tomatoes and spinach to the pan for spices and simmer for a couple of minutes;

We add cheese to tomatoes and spinach. You can fork the mass until smooth. Stew for a couple of minutes;

Add sour cream on top and simmer another 5 - 7 Minutes. Serve with fresh herbs and bread.
