 1 Eggplant
 1 Zucchini
 1 A tomato
 1 Onion
 1 Carrot
 1 tbsp Olive oil

Cut eggplant, zucchini and tomato into cubes and place in a pan, add a little water and put on fire;

Finely chop the onions and carrots and simmer in a pan with olive oil;

Add the onions and carrots to the vegetables. You can add 2 tablespoons of green (fresh or canned) peas. Salt a little, add spices to taste and simmer over low heat for
20 - 30 Minutes.
