 50 g Broccoli
 50 g Cauliflower
 30 g Carrot
 50 g Zucchini
 1 tsp Flax seeds
 Salt taste
 Paprika taste

Beat the egg in a bowl with salt, pepper and seeds until smooth;

Cut vegetables and put them in a baking dish. Pour the egg mixture and put in a preheated oven to 180 C for 10 Minutes. We get it, sprinkle with cheese and for another 5 Minutes. Serve with bread.
