 50 g Corn
 100 g Black eyed peas
 150 g Broccoli
 130 g Tuna(in own juice)
 20 g Spinach
 1 tsp Olive oil
 Lemon juice

Boil the corn, steam or boiling water for 5 - 7 Minutes;

Cook the black eyed peas beans steamed or in boiling water for 5 - 7 Minutes;

Cook broccoli steamed or boiling water for 5 - 7 Minutes;

Put all the vegetables in a bowl, add chopped tuna in your own juice, spinach, season with oil, lemon juice, spices to taste.
