Boil rice until cooked in salted water. Season with butter.
Sprinkle trout with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt. Steam or in the oven for 20 Minutes, wrapped in foil.
Wash vegetables and apple. Boil the broccoli for 10 Minutesafter boiling water (or steam). Dry with a paper towel. Remove the stiff stalk and chop the top. Cut the apple and pepper into small cubes.
Combine oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Season the salad.
Serve with fish and rice.
