TOFU AND WALNUT CUTLETS (150 G) WITH VEGETABLES (200 G)

 100 g Tofu
 1 tbsp Whole wheat crackers
 15 g Walnuts
 ¼ Onion
 Chilli(on the tip of a knife)
 ½ Glove of garlic
 Cilantrotaste
 20 g Chives
 2 tsp Olive oil
 1 tsp Sesame
 1 A tomato
 1 Cucumber
 3 Radish
 Salt taste
 Peppertaste

Finely chop the onion with garlic and fry in a preheated pan greased with olive oil until transparent;

Then green onions, cilantro and chili (after removing the seeds) finely chop and add to the pan to garlic and onions;

Grind crackers in a blender with nuts. Set aside part of this mass and mix with sesame seeds. And to the remaining part in the blender bowl add tofu and contents from the pan and beat until smooth;

Form cutlets from the dough, bread in breadcrumbs and fry in a frying pan without oil until golden brown.

We make a salad of tomato, cucumber and radish. Refuel 1 tsp oils, salt, pepper to taste.
