50 g Avocado (instead of fish)
60 g Whole wheat bread
10 g Salad
1 tsp Olive oil
10 g Cilantro, dill and parsley
20 g Celery(stem)
15 g Boiled carrots

Mix olive oil with herbs using a blender (or chop herbs finely and add to the oil);

We spread tuna (avocado) on bread, grease it with sauce, add salad, carrots in half rings and celery on top.
Paste a snack once a day for a long period of time between breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner.
