For avocado with vegetables:
 50 g Avocado
 35 g Carrot
 35 g Sweet Pepper
 50 g Whole wheat bread
For sweets:
 20 g Walnut
 10 g Poppy
 30 g Date fruit
 1 tsp Cocoa
For avocado with vegetables:

Mashed avocado, salt and pepper.

Strip vegetables into strips. Dunk vegetables and bread in mashed avocado.

For sweets:

Combine walnut, poppy seeds, dates and cocoa in a blender, grind to a homogeneous consistency.

Roll balls, send to the refrigerator for 15 - 20 Minutes (or overnight).
