 ¼ cup Rice (brown)
 300 g Stuffing(beef or pork, but non-greasy)
 56 Cabbage leaves
 ¼ Onion
 2 tbsp Olive oil
 ½ Carrot
 1 tbsp Sour cream
 Salttaste
 Peppertaste

Boil rice until half cooked and set aside to cool;

Blanch the cabbage (boil in boiling water for a couple of minutes);

Combine minced meat, rice, spices, finely chopped onions (half). Mix everything.

Wrap minced meat in cabbage. For 1 cabbage leaf - minced meat 1 tablespoon with a slide;

Preparing a fill for stewing cabbage rolls: grate the carrots, chop the onion (second half). Lightly fry in vegetable oil, add tomato juice or tomato paste and sour cream, simmer a little.

Pour half the fill into the pan to the bottom, put the cabbage rolls, pour the vegetable broth or boiling water, almost until the cabbage rolls are completely covered and put the rest of the fill on top.

Stew for 40 - 60 Minutes, until the cabbage is fully cooked.

Serve with a spoon of low-fat sour cream.
