We cut all vegetables, except pepper, into large cubes and send them to a preheated pan to fry for a couple of minutes;
Then cover and simmer for 10 Minutes. At the end, add salt, pepper, add olive oil;
While the vegetables are stewed, pierce the whole pepper around the perimeter and bake in a baking bag for 15 Minutes;
We take out the soft pepper from the bag, remove the skin, finely chop the pulp and combine with the stewed vegetables;
We crumble the cheese and serve with bread.
