 50 g Durum wheat paste
 170 g Chicken or turkey fillet
 20 g Pumpkin seeds
 200 g Sauerkraut
 ½ tsp Butter
 ½ tsp French mustard

Boil spaghetti al dente (strictly on time on the package);

Cut the bird into small pieces and marinate in spices, lemon juice and mustard. Cook in a grill pan without oil, steamed, in the oven;

Add oil, seeds, chicken, greens to the spaghetti. Serve with cabbage.
