 2 Eggs
 200 g Tomato (preferably pink, soft)instead of tomatoes, you can use tomato puree

Fry the garlic and hot pepper in a frying pan in oil. When aroma appears, add cumin and chopped tomatoes with onions. Cook for 10 Minutes, salt.

When the sauce is ready, in the center make two indentations and drive one egg there.

Salt, pepper, cover and simmer until tender for about
10 Minutes. It is important that the protein becomes dense, and the yolk does not have time to tighten the film.
