 100 g Atomato
 100 g Mushrooms
 50 g Spinach
 2 Eggs
 50 g Avocado
 30 g Whole wheat bread

Heat the pan, chop the tomato, mushrooms, add the greens, spinach, cook for 5 Minutes;

Break 2 eggs into a plate, salt, pepper to taste, beat with a fork, pour into a pan to vegetables. Cook for 5 - 7 Minutes under the lid;

Cut or chop avocados in a blender or fork, put on whole wheat bread;

Serve scramble with whole wheat bread with avocado.
