 100 g Mushrooms

Preheat the pan, add pre-chopped tomato, mushrooms, herbs. Stew for 5 - 7 Minutes without oil in its own juice;

2 chicken eggs mixed with herbs, add salt and pepper to taste, add to vegetables, cook for 5 - 7 Minutes;

As a dessert: raspberries and sunflower seeds.
