 2 Eggs
 1 A tomato
 20 g Spinach
 20 g Whole wheat bread
 30 g Lightly salted salmon
 200 g Broccoli
 Salttaste
 Peppertaste

Beat 2 eggs, add tomato and spinach, salt, pepper to taste and cook steamed or in a non-stick frying pan without oil;

Dip broccoli in boiling water for 5 - 7 Minutes, remove, serve with scramble, bread rolls and salmon.
