 70 g Whole wheat bread
 30 g A tomato
 50 g Avocado
 20 g Pomegranate seeds *
 230 g Orange(or any seasonal fruit)
 Sea salttaste

Mashed avocado with a fork. Mix with finely chopped tomatoes, spices and lemon juice. Spread on bread. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.

Orange for dessert.

* Pomegranate seeds are conveniently stored in the freezer in portions. After cleaning the pomegranate, the grains can be divided into portions, wrapped in foil and sent to the freezer or refrigerator (depending on how soon you need them).
