 40 g Whole wheat bread (2 pcs)
 ½ Avocado
 ½ Sweet pepper
 2 Radish
 1 A tomato
 30 g Corn(grain)
 Lemon juicetaste
 Salt taste

Puree the avocado with a fork, season with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste;

Bread can be fried in a dry pan until crusted. Lubricate with avocado paste on top;

Peppers can be fried in a pan until soft. Then lay all vegetables and corn grains in layers on toasts.
