100 g Turkey
20 g Pomegranate kernels(optional)
20 g Lettuce
1 Cucumber
40 g Champignons(any mushrooms)

Marinate the fillet for 10 Minutes
in lemon juice and spices. We beat off pieces of meat and fry in a dry hot frying pan without oil until crusted and turkey cooked (about 10 - 15 Minutes, depending on size);

Mix oil with finely chopped herbs and grease each piece of bread with sauce;

We spread lettuce, pomegranate seeds, turkey and vegetables * on bread.
