 50 g Avocado
 ½ Sweet pepper
 30 g Hummus
 ½ A tomato
 ½ Cucumber
 30 g Olives
 30 g Corn(grain)
 30 g Pumpkin seeds
 Lemon juicetaste

Fry pumpkin seeds in a dry pan;

In the meantime, mashed the avocado and add the finely chopped olives and corn in the mash. Add lemon juice to taste;

We spread mashed avocado, hummus and vegetables on pita bread. We wrap pita bread in rolls.
