 50 g Feta
 2 tsp Olive oil
 20 g Chives
 10 g Dill or parsley
 100 g White or red cabbage
 1 Cucumber
 1 tsp Lemon juice

Cook rice until cooked. Add 1 tsp. oils;

Feta mix with chives and herbs. Sprinkle the cooked rice with cheese and herbs;

Shred finely the cabbage (so that it is softer - you can knead it well with your hands, and then chop it again). Cut the cucumber into thin strips, mix with cabbage and season it all with olive oil and lemon juice.

Serve rice salad.
